Undermount Sink Cutouts

I remember you saying that you used the electropated drum from GC to true your undermount sink cutouts. I'm sure now you have it easier with your new toy (CNC). Before where you using some kind of sink templates to guide the drum? If so, did you make them or have them made? And what Material (http://g654.org) did you use to make them?
